I’m Myles Dell. I’m 34 years old and based in Oxfordshire with an undeniable passion for Motorsport & Photography . I’ve always been artistic but for me, being able to capture and create images from a race or event is a feeling unlike any other. I’m Always striving to improve and break boundaries, Continually looking for new perspectives and ideas.
I specialise in trackside motorsport and Drift events. My love for the BTCC is what sparked my two favourite passions to combine.
Having experience working alongside the Drift Pro Championship in 2024 this gained me my first published images and accreditation to MSV circuits. Since then I have also covered events at Silverstone and also In Germany.

Where did your photography journey start?
I got my first camera when I was 13 years old, which was a Canon powershot S3 IS bridge camera. This is where my obsession for photography began, thanks to my dad who’s been into photography all his life. I spent my time as a teen wandering around capturing images of anything and everything!
As my understanding of photography improved I upgraded to my first DSLR which was a Canon 10d. I then worked hard and saved money to buy my first Full frame camera a Canon 5D mk1. Paired with various L lenses this was an absolute game changer! I travelled the west coast of America and my love for landscape photography became apparent.
It wasn’t until 2017 when I started following the BTCC and took my camera along. I that was it… I was hooked! The challenge of capturing speed fascinated me.
What sort of photography do you do now?
I specialise in trackside motorsport and automotive events including BTCC, GT, Endurance racing and Drift events.
My aim is to create standout images which encapsulate the emotion and the story. To document the up’s and the down’s, the drama, the achievements and the near misses. Using photographic techniques to create the sense of speed, capturing those that push the limits. Motorsport has many elements and perspectives, to be able to capture it all in images is what I love most.
What are your other interests?
When I’m not at a motorsport event, I spend time with my wonderful family and am blessed to be the father of two beautiful girls.
I also run an interior renovation company which specialises in high end bathroom & kitchen refurbishments.
I have recently started running with my next goal being to complete a marathon in the near future.
What is your number one goal from doing photography?
My main goal from photography is to never stop learning and aspire to be the best I can. To be able to deliver high quality images to those within the motorsport industry. And maybe, just maybe one day turn it into my full time profession!
What is your dream event to capture?
